Counterculture is a communication tool for all Help Desk staff. It is not intended to replace Help Desk FAQs but to communicate day to day issues relating to Help Desk questions and equipment. All Help Desk staff are invited to contribute and it is important to check Counterculture at the start of each shift.

(Is there a place for making suggestions on Counterculture – apart from just sending a comment like this?)
Having just added that comment, and refreshed the page, there doesn’t appear to be any indication that a comment has been added. It just says:
