The password printing station at EDU seems to have been out of order for the past week or so – anyone getting their pin wrong gets a big WRONG sign but if they get it right they were just getting a computer error message. I’ve restarted the computer and it now accepts the right pin but instead of printing the password out it saves a document in the MY DOCUMENTS folder of the computer and displays that document on screen about 2 mins later. Recommend that if you’re helping students use it that you wait a minute or two after PIN entry to make sure that their details aren’t left up on screen. Have contacted Library IT. -glen

The station now appears to work exactly as expected and prints p/word details immediately. Tested this just now using my own staff card.
