I attempted to issue lecture notes to a borrower at 4.10pm. The computer told me it was too close to closing time to issue a 1 hour loan. The computer was perhaps thinking that we close at 5pm today? I was able to issue the item through the Restricted Loans Horizon screen. The problem was in the PSL Horizon screen.
(this is obviously the same thing that was being encountered during our extended opening hours)?
