ICTS have had problems with student accounts. The problem should be fixed overnight.
The student will have money on their Diebold account, but the system may think they are in debit, so they won’t be able to print or access the internet.
If this seems to be the problem, get the student to get a card balance (from the Copy Centre or watch them swipe their card through a photocopier). If this shows a credit amount, ring the IT help desk, give them the student’s log in and tell them that you have seen that the student has credit on their account. IT can set up their account to give them access for today.
IT assures me that this will be fixed tomorrow.

This is still an issue as of today (Tuesday). A student rang the IT Help Desk and it appeared to be resolved by them.
