Could all staff taking serials or books off display please make sure that they check in the items after using the display removal reports. We have found 492 items that still have an ‘on display’ status that shouldn’t, and several of these items had requests. Alison is updating these items to ‘in library’ and will notify the relevant branches about items with requests.

Just a reminder:
– Removing items from display will revert any changes to itype, collection and location back to the original codes
– Checking in the items will update the status to in library, or produce holds for requested items
