We have created two new reports that will help staff track down items that are still partly ‘on display’. These are items which have been on the new serials display or a special display but which have not been checked in to remove the ‘od’ item status and generate any holds. There is one report for monographs and another for serials.

Both reports are found via Horizon Reports > Horizon database changes > Book displays. The serials version is also available at Horizon Reports > Horizon database changes > Serials maintenance reports. To run the report, simply click on the report name, select your library, and click ‘Submit’.

Hopefully this will help staff track down these troublesome items.
