There are lots of students asking about Halls connections. This procedure has changed since last year. ITCS have no involvement with this process now.
Students need to deal directly with Snap (as the instructions on the Halls Connections page indicate)

They pay Snap directly using their credit card online. If they don’t have a credit card (or have any other questions) suggest they phone the Snap help line at 0800 500 638
