If a borrower comes to the Lending Desk asking to collect a thesis – open their borrower record first and check the Hold block. If the theses is from the open shelves the call number will display in the Hold block and you will find the item on the Lending Desk hold shelves. It can be issued as a normal book at the Lending desk. If there is no call number, advise the requestor to go to the Special Collections Room on Level 3.
