Students need to be fully enrolled for 48 hours before they get the $5 credit. They will only see a 1c increase in their Canterbury Card balance because the $5 is not “real” money but instead it is a credit for internet and printing, if and when they use that service. At the end of the semester the balance of the $5 will not be refunded if they have not used it.

Students who started with a negative balance should go to the IT helpdesk for an explaination of what has happened to their credit as it depends on the size of their negative balance.
