Requesting a change of Horizon email address

Any library staff member at a public desk can request a change of email for any class of borrower on Horizon. The instructions can be found on Camelot, How to, Lending Request an Horizon email address change
Do bear in mind that ALL fully enrolled students of the University of Canterbury are required to use their official student address for library communications. The table in the instructions above make it clear that we do not change these addresses unless the student also has a concurrent @canterbury staff address they’d prefer to use. They can ask for a change, but it would be great if library staff advise students that it won’t happen. Advise the autoforwarding option via ITHelpdesk.
