20th March will see the introduction of only one form for users to fill in when requesting an interloan. The one form will accommodate loans and/or copies and should make it easier for our users. However there may be some confusion when they first access it as they do not have a choice of forms to select and the only one available does not present with all the usual fields. Users are simply invited to indicate if they are requesting a ‘whole’ item or ‘part’ of an item. Once that selection is made the appropriate fields for completion appear.
