A student asked on AskLive today about problems he’d had getting Endnote to work on his Mac. Unfortunately we only have Endnote 8 for Mac available and this is no longer being supported with the latest Mac operating system. (See EndNote – Leopard OS X 10.5 Compatibility for details.)

Mac users can use some/most Endnote functionality if they download the latest filters and import records using the generic RIS-filter.enf filter. This doesn’t work for all databases however (including Web of Knowledge).
