A change was put into Horizon early this week, that altered the number of requests users can place on three day items (3d and its groupcheck itype) and one day items (1d and its groupcheck itype).

The number of requests allowed now matches the number of items of each itype that a user may have on issue. This is 3 for three day items, and 1 for 1 day items. The total number of requests available for each user group has not been changed.

The reason for this change has been to stop some users from having up to 10 requests for a restricted itype sitting on a hold shelf at the one time.
