The extremely persistent culturally enrolled person Liang CHANG was back this afternoon waving his driving licence and telling me that ‘library staff’ had said that he just needed to show us photo ID to borrow. Yeah right.
He is again under no doubt that this is not the case and as previously explained to him, he may pay and register as an external borrower if he brings the photo ID AND proof of residence in Canterbury. I also mentioned that all lending staff are aware of his situation and what he has been told. Please let me know if he tries it on again.
