Meebo are having problems with their service, so our Librarian’s room is currently down. We’ll monitor it and let you know when the service has returned.

Update 4:15pm
We are still experiencing connection problems with Meebo. The service seems to be intermittent at the moment.

A message has been added to the Web page notifying users that the AskLIVE service is temporarily unavailable. However, please continue to monitor the service during the evening and try to answer any questions if you are able.

Hopefully Meebo will fix the problem soon.
