Duplex printer nearest Help Desk

This appears to be causing some problems in displaying a paper jam message when there is no identifiable jam.
Shane from Library IT has looked at it and referred the fault to Copycentre for a call out. In the meantime Shane advises us to power the printer off for 30 secs and turn on again, if there is no actual jam.
