  1. I have powered off Printer nearest Help Desk twice today (May 1st) to clear non-existent paper jams.
    Once approx 8.40 a.m., 2nd 2.05 p.m. Display panel advised ‘Paper jam lower left side'(1) and ‘Paper jam Lower right side'(2nd). Takes quite a while for the printer to restart after being powered off.
