CL mopiers have been experiencing a lot of jams lately. Marilyn has advised us to take the following course of action when these occur.

1. Write down the error code
2. Record the machine no. (SMA #1986 or #2173)
3. Phone 0800 527-627 (the service number) and give them the information above.
4. Write paper jam in the Technical Problems category on the statistics sheet.
5. Clear the paper jam
6. Turn mopier off only if you are unable to clear the jam.
Note: if there is no error code when there is a paper jam, it is probably caused by incorrectly loaded paper and can be easily fixed.
