Sound setting on Help Desk PC at Lending Desk

Just a reminder that if you choose to mute the sound on this PC, could you please re-activate it again it upon completion of your Asklive shift. Several times now in the evening we have been unaware that the sound has been muted and, as such, have assumed there have been no Asklive requests coming through. Naturally from now on we will endeavour to check it, however, our understanding has always been that the sound must stay on for this computer.
