Neither of the two reload stations on Level 2 dispense the Casual cards that are sometimes used for photocopying, and to pay library charges.

Now that the Copy Centre is closed at the weekends the option of purchasing a card over the counter is no longer possible.

The Central Library Lending Desk has been supplied with a small number of Casual cards that can be ‘sold’ to borrowers, although no funds will be handled by the staff. Each card is already in negative balance of $2 – the cost of the card. This once-only charge is deducted at the time funds are loaded. For example: If the borrower were to load $10 to the Casual card only $8 would be available for photocopying.
