Deborah Pearson of IT Helpdesk has advised that their staff can assist students (during the Canterbury Card outage) to re-activate accounts disabled due to lack of funds. This will enable the student to login to their PC, do internet browsing and printing.
During the day, send the student to the Help Desk at ICTS, from 5 pm, this service is available from Amy at Central Library Lending Desk.
