Problem with Helpdesk Computers

We’re having various IT problems with Helpdesk Computers at Education Library. Initally, on log-in the internet enabler didn’t recognise username/password. We tried resetting one of the computers and on restart it did not recognise the normal username and password to log-in (saying the account had expired).

Diebold is not working on the computer that is logged into the network. We’ve used a personal log-in for the other terminal and diebold seems to be working ok on that one.

The other computers in the library seem to be working normally.
