The widely advertised clearance of the lockers on Level 1 of the James Hight Building took place this morning. Two trolley loads of books were brought up by Security to Lending. There were only a few dozen library books from 2 borrowers. All are now checked in and a note placed on the borrower’s record. The rest were personal copies of text books. Tim has put these aside for a couple of weeks & can be claimed by the owners before the end of the year. Remaining texts will then be assessed for addition to the Library’s collection.

Please refer any complaints about the clearance to Security. They have filled 3 wheelie bins with assorted notepads, lecture notes and miscellaneous stuff like tins of baked beans.
