The Library is hosting Susan Arrow from CPIT where she works as a Liaison Librarian. She is responsible for the Commerce Faculty (including Business, Computing, Food and Hospitality, and Outdoor Recreation)

Alison McIntyre has arranged her schedule for the next two days. Susan as part of her visit here would like to examine the responsibilities of an Information Librarian. Including time management, level of service to academic staff and students. Also of interest to her are the systems and processes in place for collection development, user education and staff research.
