The English Language Centre (UCOpportunity) have confirmed today that there is a problem with NEW ELC student records. The problem is preventing the new records from loading onto the Library system.

The reason is that their tech support people (Digital Fusion) had not done the necessary programming for 2009. I am told the problem is being fixed today and that the records should come through tomorrow (Saturday).

I’ll follow up on Monday to make sure everything is in order. Helen Doidge.
