Does anyone know how many blue satchels the Library actually has? I ask this question because it seems that we are always short of them. Do we need to get some more? (Or is it just that they tend to congregate in a bunch somewhere?) (Thank you to the Libraries who sent some to the Law Library in response to our request for spares.
