This has been fixed by library IT. It is now scanning, printing and photocopying again!
Currently, it is only the Western Mopier that can scan and print. The Eastern copier is only a photocopier at this stage. Cheers! Dave
I have asked Dave to clarify for those of us who are geographically confused, and it emerges that the right-hand mopier can scan and print, and the left-hand mopier is only a copier.

At the moment only one MFD per library allows scanning. We hope that once the methods are ironed out between Library IT, Copy Centre, ICTS and Ricoh that scanning can be extended to more. Eng, sorry about you getting the run around when you tried to get this fixed, we are still learning how to support these machines.

Is there a single number to call regarding support for the mopiers? I may have confused matters as having been away a while I wasn’t too sure who to call.
