Students have been unable to login to ‘My Library Account’ since late Saturday. The problem has been reported to ICTS and Library IT staff.

The problem is not expected to be resolved until Monday.

While this is now fixed, there is an underlying problem still. Over the weekend there were a lot of problems to do with the server used by ICTS for logging into various services – not just the Library, but also Moodle, Blackboard etc.
At the moment ICTS are running a backup server as the main authentication server kept stopping. When they sort out their problems, and move back to the main server, we will lose access to the Library Catalogue again. But this time it should only take a few minutes to fix.
