Reports of all items requested on Interloan by our users are a valuable source of information.

Each year two reports are presented to support collection development – loan by title of monograph, and copy by title of the journal/conference that the paper requested was published in.

The number of times a title has been requested is also recorded, and by whom; both details provided to further inform collection development decisions.

The reports are in Excel format and can be manipulated/sorted to meet your needs.

If you plan to work on a report please take a copy for your purposes and leave the master copy intact on the K drive – the reports can be found @:
