Publication type: peer reviewed journal
Methodology: Empirical Study

Bullying is normal and children can cope with it.

Correlational studies can’t help us explain children’s developmental phenomena.I would recommend finding research articles that use correlational analyses and then look at the limitations outlined in the study.

statistical correlation (SU)
methodology or empirical methods (SU) AND infant development (SU) OR childhood development (SU)

Children don’t change much as they get older

Childhood development and psychosocial development

The student could also limit the search to Longitudinal studies (study done over a period of time to track change). Select Longitudinal study from Methodology window on Advanced Search screen.
