The Master Copies of these ‘copy’ and ‘loan’ requests for our users on the K drive have been changed by someone. I will reload new complete copies of these 2 reports so if the person that changed the current reports would like to move them to their own folder please do so now. I will reload the originals on 15th June – removing the current reports if they are still there.

And a reminder to all staff working with these reports: PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THEM. Take a copy and then edit, reformat…to your heart’s content leaving the Masters as they are for all to use in the same way.
