The Education Library has begun using PaymentPlus for live payments this morning.

When you next start up Horizon at the lending desk, you will notice a green “$” icon at the bottom of your navigation bar. This option will take you to the live PaymentPlus system.

Remember that only the Education Library are using PaymentPlus live. All other libraries should continue to take payments using Diebold and the Horizon payments button. The remaining libraries will begin using PaymentPlus live over the next week or so. I will be in touch shortly to arrange dates.

Remember that you can still practice what you learned at last week’s training sessions. The PaymentPlus Wiki pages are still being worked on, but this link will give you examples to practice on.

Just be sure that you’re working in the test system – you will see “Test system” at the top of the screen. The live system has “Live system” in red at the top of the screen.
