The monitor stand at the first workstation (as you enter the CKO area from the foyer) has been lowered.

This action has been taken in response to concerns raised by staff working in this area.

The lowering of the stand now enables staff to work ‘safely’ in either a seated or standing position. ‘Safe’ in this context is when looking straight ahead at the monitor your eyes are level with the top of the screen. The monitor at this workstation can be raised or lowered to achieve that criteria.

Additional workstations at this service desk will be modified if that is the wish of staff who work there.
