Point 6.2 – Do you actually mean "full text" or do you mean "full image" e.g. PDF? In a number of subjects e.g atmospheric physics the actual text is not of much use but the graphs & diagrams are critical.
We should be careful about cancelling print when electronic versions are available. We need to be sure that all issues, all contents of issues (often graphics are missing or so tiny as to be unusable) and all prior content is available when subs are cancelled or journals move to another publisher. There are also the factors of PDF accessibilty and any special software needed to view/print symbols and such like; not to mention sheer size and image content of some publications that would be better to retain in print.
