The Change Proposal for the proposed merger of the Physical Sciences and Engineering Libraries was presented to Physical Sciences and Engineering library staff last week. Today Dawn McMillan, Gail Pattie and I spoke to a meeting of academic staff from the Colleges of Engineering and Science. The academic staff were given a memorandum with summarised information about the proposed merger, and those staff who were unable to attend will receive an email copy of the document. All of the academic staff in these two Colleges were invited to provide feedback and comments on the proposed changes.

For a variety of reasons the Project Control Group (PCG) has not met for the last fortnight, however it is proposed that there will be a meeting held on Tuesday 20th October, which I will report on later in the week.
