A question: are the amounts budgeted in the Strategic and Operational Plan monies that has been confirmed the Library will be allocated and will be spending in 2010 or are they monies that we will be asking for from the powers that be?
It is based on the budget request so there are likely to be some changes when we are officially notified of the capital budget. Project STAR will also have an influence on strategic direction. Anne
