  1. Info from ICTS:

    "We are currently experiencing some problems which are causing users to experience slow login and logout. Because of this, we advise UC staff not to log out of their computer if possible.

    In addition to this, we experienced a hardware failure on one of the servers over the weekend. This failure could be compounding the above problem.

    ICT staff are working to resolve this issue, and will update the situation as more information becomes available."

  2. Further updates from ICTS:

    "Update Mon 1 March, 3.50pm:
    The issues ICTS are experiencing with slowness on their server is also causing intermittent problems with K: drive access, and any applications that are accessed via the network, e.g. Microsoft Office."
