Some of you may remember Jane who used to work for UC Library and worked for CCC a couple of times. Jane has had a relapse of a particularly virulent form of cancer. The only real option for Jane is a drug that is neither govt nor insurance funded in NZ – even though in most western countries it is. Because of this Jane, though ill, is having to fundraise constantly for very expensive treatment. Today she has launched an auction on trademe of things that have been donated to her to raise funds.
