The Branch Managers, Supervisors, Collection Services Manager, Library IT Manager, and other interested staff attended a meeting to discuss existing system parameters which was led by Donna Barber. From the discussion grew a number of ideas about how to improve the existing Lending Policies and our services to our customers.
