We have another computer on the network with a virus causing it to send jobs to all our printers. Please turn off your printers if they are printing out many pages.

We have paused the print queues and will clear all the jobs out of them. I expect to have the machine off the network in the next few minutes and have the print queues up and going within half an hour.

Unfortunately we have found more instances of the virus, at this stage it would be unsafe for us to re-enable printing, and we recommend leaving your printer off.

We are now in contact with our antivirus supplier and working with them to try and stop the spread of this virus.
