Restart Horizon if you got a Middle Tier error message

If, when you started Horizon this morning, you got an error message about failure to start the Middle Tier, please restart Horizon. The middle-tier refers to the Catalogue which was down. If you don’t restart Horizon on the front desk PCS, you may have problems working with requests.
