Until the start of the Academic Year 2011 we are going to trial collecting from the warehouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays only for the general collection. If there is an urgent request then we will retrieve and process within the day. The staff at Macmillan Brown will collect and shelve on Tuesdays and the Central Staff will Collect and shelve on Thursdays.

We have delayed starting the collection as there was still damaged shelving on the floor waiting to be collected by Cemac. I have been assured the shelving will be removed Tuesday afternoon.

I have been in touch with Neill the Warehouse Supervisor and he will organise for the first hamper delivery to be on Friday 29 October. They will collect on Wednesdays and Fridays. This will mean that the work in the warehouse can happen at anytime on the Tuesday or the Thursday. It does not have to be in the morning.

I will get the Central Shelving team to shelve anything currently outstanding in the warehouse Wednesday 27 October.
