Hi Branch Interloaners,

Just a couple of reminders:

* Please do not remove expired interloans holds from the hold shelf. We will continue to monitor expired interloans holds and contact branches when they need to be returned to us.

* When a user no longer requires an Interloan that is on hold for them, please return it to us with a note of some kind – either a paper note inside the book in front of the blue barcode or a CKI note on Horizon.
