Thank you to all staff who took the time to discuss with colleagues their preferences for the Hold and Transit slip and for forwarding the comments to me. In some cases the suggestions were conflicting, so I have tried to find a balance between the comments.

Donna has prepared updated versions for us which I have attached. Including the message “btype” is to assist with identifying distance and high demand holds.

Please forward any comments to me by Tuesday 18 January. Library IT will be be advised to make the final changes.
