ULANZ registrations and updates can begin in the Central Library as from today, Monday 21st February 2011. Borrowers must have their new 2011 card.

External borrower registration will not commence until Monday 7th March 2011. The Card Co-ordinator will not be available to produce External borrower cards until that date.
