Asklive transcripts don’t seem to be available at the moment. Has anyone else noticed this or am I doing something wrong? I see they were unavailable a couple of weeks ago then available again. Caroline S

Yes that has been noticed. Quite a bit of functionality that had been missing in Libraryh3lp has reappeared, but I’m not sure it’s all working fully yet. I was leaving it for a few more days, but will ask them about this and other things next week if they are still not working properly then. Catherine
