Most interloans that arrive in your library via the hampers are barcoded, and can be checked in to generate hold slips. However, reference-only items and hard copy articles (in envelopes) won’t have barcodes attached. When these arrive in the hampers, please just put them straight onto your hold shelves. We’ll take care of notifying users at our end.

does this mean no more – branch interloaner email forwarding. I did one of those for the central library yesterday. hope that’s ok.
I’ve noticed that no-one seems to be picking up their photocopies from central. Some have been sitting there a while. might be worth contacting the users again?
