The error message says “…dx licence has expired…”. I have sent an email about this to Library E-Services and Library Support Services.

The error message says “…dx licence has expired…”. I have sent an email about this to Library E-Services and Library Support Services.

Although this may give an expired licence error, click OK and you will still get access. A new licence file was sent to us in February and I think it is in level 5 with some other unretrieved mail.
A new licence is being sent and we’ll install it – but we’ll wait until after the assignment to avoid disruption.
