The wiki upgrade has been successful, and should be available again.

You will notice quite a number of differences including how you login. You will be taken to a shibboleth page and asked to choose which organisation. You can prevent this page from coming back each time you login by ticking the second checkbox under where you select University of Canterbury.

You’ll see that Camelot looks quite different. We are using a different branding process now – we have decided not to use the special branding addon, to keep things simple and to be more standard with the rest of the University. This has meant that we have lost the inclusion of the nav bar on every page. I have reinstated it on the homepage and the pages directly underneath the homepage, but it can be easily reinstated on other pages. I can do it for you, or send you instructions if you would rather do it yourself. It’s a bit context specific – depends on how the page is set up, so it isn’t simple to explain how to do it.

We will be offering training on how to edit in this new environment in the New Year. In the meantime, give it a go – it may be easier than you think, and get in touch if you have problems. Remember that one of the joys of the wiki is that you can always reinstate a previous version of a page if you really mess it up unintentionally.
