Please note that it has taken the contractors longer than first estimated to complete the work on level 11. They are now not expecting to hand the level back to the library until June. The additional planning, drawings and sourcing of materials for level 11 should not mean that the rest of the timeframe is delayed as the majority of the planning work for level 11 is now duplicated for each level below and all ordering of parts etc ha
